About Leo Lion and Teddy Bear
Leo and Teddy
Leo and Teddy are truly art imitating life. The characters were created by the author after giving birth to Leo James, an 8 lb 1 oz baby boy. He was welcomed home by his own Teddy Bear, a lovable Bernese Mountain Dog. Imagining the life they would share as Leo grew up was the inspiration for The Lion and The Bear.
Being able to share this with Leo James during story time has truly been the most meaningful passion project and full circle moment.
